Vinu oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects within SRIT’s healthcare setting. Vinu & his team are responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes. Vinu and his team also monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
