Ashok is the Founder CEO of STAG Software Private Limited and Co-founder of Pivotrics LLP. With over 35 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance, Ashok is the creator of HyBIST, a hypothesis-driven testing approach that has redefined modern Software QA practices. He has earned his Bachelors in ECE from Anna University, MS in Software Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Law from the premier NLSIU Bangalore.

Ashok previously held Sr Managerial & Leadership roles at MNC’s such as VeriFone, Blue Star (HP) & Sunray Computers. He is known for setting up India’s first independent software testing group. He is an ISO Lead Auditor, trained CMM assessor, and former President of the STEP-IN Forum. Ashok is a passionate technologist, and a creative thinker.
