Martin has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in engineering (Gold Medallist & Rank Holder respectively) from NIT-REC. Martin has been with SRIT for 24 years. He has a total of 32 years of experience. Prior to SRIT, Martin held responsible positions in SOBHA Ltd for 8 years. He grew from a Design Engineer at their French-managed Studio, to Program-managing multiple contracts, delivery, and production across international locations. At SRIT, Martin is responsible for ensuring that all business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals. He is a strong leader with a deep understanding of software development, project management, and operational best practices.
