Shri K Narayana Swamy(KNS) has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) & Law (LLB), and a Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and HR. A Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI),  KNS has held senior positions in leading Companies such as HMT Limited, ITI Limited and India Satcom Limited. At India Satcom Limited (an MNC), he was the President-Finance & Company Secretary. As ICSI’s Chairman of the Bangalore Chapter for two terms and ICSI’s Chairman of the Southern India Regional Council, visiting professor for PG courses in reputable colleges in Bangalore, KNS is well versed and experienced in all areas of Corporate Management such as Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Restructuring, etc.

Currently, KNS is the proprietor of M/s. K. Narayana Swamy & Co, a Practicing Company Secretary agency in Bangalore. His Clientele includes Govt of India undertakings such as HMT Limited & ITI Limited, and Govt of Karnataka undertakings such as Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd, Krishna Bhagya Jala Nigam Ltd, Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd, Visvesvaraya Jala Nigam Ltd, Karnataka State Financial Corporation, Kerala State Financial Corporation as well as publicly listed entities such as Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd, VST Tiller Tractor Ltd,  Zuari Cement Ltd, and a number of Private Limited Companies.
