Harish graduated from Bharathiar University. In his capacity as the General Manager, he is responsible for overseeing end-to-end bid process, cutting across verticals - from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals for government contracts, by ensuring compliance with Govt regulations and tender requirements. Additionally, in his Corporate HR role, he oversees and coordinates all human resource activities within SRIT, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment, while also acting as a liaison between management and employees.
