Col. Amit Oberoi is the Co-founder & CEO of Carnot Research Pvt Ltd and holds a PhD in NLP from IIT Delhi. He brings 25+ years of experience from the Indian Army, where he served as Senior Director and Commanding Officer, leading critical Satcom, cybersecurity, and resilient network projects including the Indian Army Satellite.

At Carnot Research, he leads the development of secure, on-premise GenAI platforms with verifiable RAG, multimodal data ingestion, and multilingual chatbots for disaster management and public transport. He pioneered the concept of Quality of Emotional Experience (QoEE) for NLP at ITU Study Group 12.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi, IIM Mumbai, and NDA, he is a 3-time recipient of the Army Commander's Commendation and achieved 200% revenue growth for Carnot in its first year.
